U.S. credit card users, including Navy Federal members, are going to notice some changes to their cards this year. A new technology known most commonly as “chip-and-pin” will be added to many U.S. credit cards this year as part of a Fall 2015 deadline for card issuers and merchants to comply with new regulations around the technology.
