About Dave Ledwell

Dave Ledwell is the VP for Consumer and Credit Card Lending Products at Navy Federal Credit Union.

Dave was most recently the AVP for Consumer Lending. Previous to his employment with Navy Federal Credit Union, he was the Director of Operations for Horizon Capital Group, a private commercial lender. Dave was also formerly the VP of Operations for the Consumer Lending Group with Chevy Chase Bank and CFC, and has held senior positions with HSBC, Huntington Bank, and Wachovia Bank.

Dave has over 28 years of banking experience, including consumer and commercial lending, leasing, portfolio management, product development and operations management. A native of Charlotte, NC, Dave holds a MS in Finance from Georgia State University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Dave has been married to Daun for 28 years, and they have three daughters; Kimmy, Ginny, and Katie. Dave enjoys golf and is an avid NASCAR fan.
