Retirement. As soon as you get your first job you’ll start hearing it all the time. However, many young people in the workforce haven’t started any sort of retirement planning or saving. You don’t need large amounts of money to get started. It’s better to contribute what you can today, no matter the amount.

“Saving for retirement is like learning to ski. The earlier you start, the less it hurts. Don’t worry if you don’t have much room in your budget–just save what you can. Then, as your life and career develop, you can gradually increase your contributions.”
